摘要
北极地区的开发与治理是各国高度关注的新领域之一。本研究提出了俄罗斯北极地区的范围,通过主要统计指标分析了当前俄罗斯北极地区社会经济发展特征和油气资源开发、北极航道利用、船舶建造等产业活动的发展现状及趋势,最后提出了未来中俄北极合作的五点建议。
The development and governance of the Arctic region are one of the new areas highly concerned about by many countries.Firstly,the paper defines the scope of Russian Arctic administrative areas,and then analyzes the characteristics of social and economic development in the Arctic regions of Russia by using main statistical indicators,and describes the development status and trend of industrial activities such as oil and gas resources development,Arctic channel utilization,shipbuilding,etc.Finally,five suggestions for future Arctic cooperation between China and Russia are put forward.
