摘要
基于VAR模型,选取1977—2016年的数据,对中国的公共体育服务资金投入和GDP关系进行实证分析。结果表明:1)1977—2016年,中国的公共体育服务资金投入相对规模不足,中国的公共体育服务资金投入结构较简单。2)VAR模型的协整检验结果显示,1977—2016年,中国的公共体育服务资金投入和GDP增长之间存在稳定的均衡关系,中国的公共体育服务资金投入是中国的GDP增长的原因,但中国的GDP增长不是中国的公共体育服务资金投入增长的原因,中国的GDP增长并没有使中国的公共体育服务资金投入大幅增加。3)由脉冲响应函数分析可知,1977—2016年,中国的公共体育服务资金投入一直受中国的GDP增长的正向影响,前期影响较小,后期影响逐步增大。4)方差分析结果显示,1977—2016年,中国的公共体育服务资金投入对中国的GDP增长的影响较小,中国的公共体育服务领域有待于进一步增加资金投入。基于以上,提出创新中国的公共体育服务政府财政资金投入方式等建议。
Based on the VAR model, this paper selects the data from 1977 to 2016 to make an empirical analysis on the relationship between the investment in public sports service funds and GDP in China. The results show that 1) from 1977 to 2016, the relative scale of investment in public sports services in China was still low, and the investment structure of public sports services in China was still relatively simple. 2) The cointegration test results of VAR model show that from 1977 to 2016, there was a stable equilibrium relationship between China’s public sports service investment and China’s GDP. China’s public sports service investment was the cause of China’s GDP, but China’s GDP growth was not the cause of China’s public sports service investment growth, and China’s GDP growth had not led to a significant increase in spending on public sports services. 3) According to the impulse response function analysis, China’s public sports service investment had been in a positive response to China’s GDP growth from 1977 to 2016, with small impact in the early stage and gradually increasing impact in the later stage. 4) The results of variance analysis show that from1977 to 2016, China’s public sports service investment had little impact on China’s GDP, and the Chinese government still needs to guide more funds into public sports service. Based on the above, this paper puts forward some suggestions such as innovating the government financial investment mode of public sports service in China.
