摘要
选取河南省1998—2017年衡量大气污染的3项指标,以环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)为理论依据构建计量经济模型,接着对每一项指标进行经济意义和统计意义的检验。研究结果表明:所选的大气污染的各项指标彼此之间与人均GDP关系的曲线形状各不相同,分别呈现出波浪型、部分倒“N”型以及倒“U”型三种关系。大气污染的防治对于河南省未来的生态环境以及可持续发展至关重要,提高环境承载力和综合治理将是关键。
Three indicators for measuring air pollution in Henan Province from 1998 to 2017 are selected,and an econometric model is constructed based on the Environmental Kuznets Curve(EKC).Then,the economical and statistical significance of each indicator is tested.The results show that the curve shapes of the relationship between the selected air pollution indicators and GDP per capita are different,showing three types of relationships:wave type,inverted“N”type and inverted“U”type.The prevention and control of air pollution is very important for the future ecological environment and sustainable development of Henan Province.Improving environmental carrying capacity and comprehensive control will be the key.
