摘要
送教上门对提升重度残疾儿童少年及其家庭生活质量具有重要意义。为了解送教上门工作实施现状,本研究以福建省泉州市为例,采用自编问卷对当地参与送教上门工作的普通小学及特殊教育学校教师、相关管理人员进行调查。结果表明:当前送教上门工作的开展有三种形式,但以特殊教育学校教师单独送教为主,尚未形成多部门协同送教的机制;教师送教内容的选择随意性强;参与送教工作的普通学校教师特教素养颇为欠缺;送教师资不足、政府配套政策和有效机制缺失等问题亟需解决。据此,应加强送教上门师资队伍建设,优化送教内容与渠道,发挥残疾儿童家长能动性以形成送教合力,同时加快建立健全送教上门的长效机制。
Homebound instruction is of great significance to improve the quality of life of severely handicapped children and their families.Taking Quanzhou city,Fujian Province as an example and using self-edited questionnaires,this study investigated the present situation of teachers and administrators of ordinary primary schools and special education schools taking part in homebound instruction for children with severe disabilities.The results showed that:1) homebound instruction,though three delivery forms co-existed,was mainly conducted by special education teachers and had not formed a multi-party collaborative delivery mechanism;2) the teaching content was random,with little consideration given to the actual needs of the children;3) special education literacy was lacking in ordinary school teachers participating in homebound instruction;4) it was a matter of urgency to cope with shortage of teachers and lack of supporting policies and effective mechanisms.In conclusion,countermeasures should be taken to strengthen the provision of homebound instruction teachers,optimize the teaching content and the channel of delivery,give full play to the initiative of parents of disabled children to form a joint effort,and accelerate the establishment and improvement of a long-term mechanism.
