摘要
偏瘫是中风后常见且较为棘手的后遗症,针灸在偏瘫治疗中有着悠久历史,且与现代医学联系越来越紧密,越来越多研究证实针灸治疗对中风后偏瘫治疗有独特优势。本研究就近五年中风后偏瘫针灸治疗进行综述,分析针灸在中风后偏瘫中的应用情况及效果,以期为临床治疗该病开拓思路,并提高该病临床治疗效果。
Hemiplegia is a common and difficult sequelae after stroke.Acupuncture and moxibustion has a long history in the treatment of hemiplegia, and it is more and more closely related to modern medicine.More and more studies have confirmed that acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has unique advantages in hemiplegia after stroke.This study reviews the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke in the past five years, and analyzes the application and effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in hemiplegia after stroke, in order to open up ideas for clinical treatment of the disease and improve the clinical treatment effects of the disease.
