摘要
中风属于现代医学“脑卒中”范畴,偏瘫是其常见的后遗症,致死率、致残率较高,给个人、家庭及社会均带来严重的负担。中风后偏瘫是急性脑血管疾病的遗留症状,主要有肢体半身不遂、麻木不仁,甚至无法活动、只能卧床的临床表现。以往常规采用西医治疗,例如降血压、降血糖、抗血小板聚集、改善脑循环、营养神经等方法,单纯的西医疗法存在一定的不足。近年来,随着中医学的不断发展,中医治疗在该病预防、治疗和康复方面具有较为显著的疗效和优势,尤其是针灸疗法,在中风后偏瘫的临床治疗中的显著疗效得到了国内外医学界的广泛关注。通过针灸治疗中风,不仅能够起到疏通经络、活血化瘀、醒脑开窍的功效,还能够缓解患者的局部痉挛,改善肢体肌张力,帮助患者恢复一定的运动功能。针灸疗法是中医学重要的组成部分,凭借着悠久的历史和良好的疗效深受广大患者喜爱,故而临床上治疗中风后偏瘫多采取针灸治疗。然而目前缺乏对本法治疗中风后偏瘫较为系统的归纳总结,文章就中医学对针灸的认识、针灸作用机制及针灸治疗本病的应用效果进行综述,以期为临床工作者提供诊疗思路,明显减轻患者的致残率,使患者能够早日生活自理,回归社会,亦为针灸特色疗法作一推广。
Stroke belongs to the category of modern medical stroke,and hemiplegia is its common sequelae,it has a high mortality and disability rate,which brings serious burden to individuals,families and society.Post-stroke hemiplegia is a residual symptom of acute cerebrovascular disease,which is characterized by hemiplegia,numbness,and even inability to move and bed rest.In the past,Western medical treatment was routinely used,such as blood pressure lowering,blood glucose lowering,anti-platelet aggregation,improving cerebral circulation and nerve nutrition,etc.There are certain shortcomings in the pure Western medical treatment.In recent years,with the continuous development of TCM,TCM treatment has more significant efficacy and advantages in the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of this disease,especially,acupuncture therapy has received wide attention from the medical community at home and abroad for its remarkable efficacy in the clinical treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia.The treatment of stroke by acupuncture can not only dredge the meridians,activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,but also relieve the local spasm of patients,improve the muscle tension of limbs,and help patients recover certain motor functions.Acupuncture therapy is an important part of TCM,and it is favored by patients for its long history and good curative effect.Therefore,acupuncture is often used in clinical treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.However,there is currently a lack of systematic summary of this method for the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia.This paper reviews the understanding of acupuncture in TCM,the mechanism and the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of this disease,in order to provide clinical workers with treatment ideas,significantly reduce the disability rate of patients,enable patients to take care of themselves and return to society as soon as possible,and promote the characteristic therapy of acupuncture.
