摘要
结合近5年来针灸治疗中风后偏瘫临床研究的相关文献,概述中医学对中风一病的认识、针灸治疗的作用机制、治疗方法的选取、治疗时的操作及临床应用,归纳整理各大文献数据库中关于针灸治疗本病的临床研究,了解针灸治疗本病的最新进展,证实相较于西医对症支持治疗而言,针灸治疗中风后偏瘫疗效显著,无明显不良反应,优势明显。
Combined with relevant literature on clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia in recent 5 years,the paper summarized understanding of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine,action mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion,selection of treatment methods,the operation and clinical application of treatment,and concluded clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion in various literature databases,to understand latest progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of the disease.Compared with symptomatic support treatment of Western medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia,with no obvious adverse reactions and obvious advantages.
