摘要
目的研究与分析结构化护理团队模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法以该院急诊科进行治疗的88例患者作为该次研究的研究对象,该次研究的研究对象选取时间段为2017年7月—2019年7月,随后根据患者的入院先后顺序进行标号,其中单号患者作为抢救对照组,由未经过专业培训的护理人员进行护理管理,而双号患者作为抢救实验组,由经过专业培训的护理人员进行护理管理。结果抢救实验组与抢救对照组患者的建立静脉通道时间、给药时间、抢救总时间、抢救成功率以及不良事件发生率等指标,数据对比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结构化护理团队模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果显著。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of structured nursing team model in emergency nursing management.Methods 88 patients who came to the emergency department of the hospital for treatment were selected as the research object of this study.The study period of this study was selected from July 2017 to July 2019,and then labeled according to the order of patients'admission.Among them,the single patient is used as the rescue control group and managed by nursing staff without professional training,while the double patient is used as the rescue experiment group and managed by nursing staff with professional training.Results Between the rescue experiment group and the rescue control group in terms of time to establish venous access,administration time,total rescue time,rescue success rate,and incidence of adverse events.The data comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The structured nursing team model has significant application effect in emergency nursing management.
