摘要
目的探讨团队管理模式在儿科急诊护理管理中的应用。方法选择2017年9月~2018年11月治疗并进行儿科急诊护理的患儿112例作为对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=56)。对照组给予常规管理,观察组采用团队管理模式,管理1个月后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组患儿管理前后生活质量、相关指标、管理有效率。结果管理前两组生理方面、生活方面、心理方面评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经团队管理模式管理后,观察组患儿的生理方面、生活方面、心理方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经团队管理模式管理后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,首次下床时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为78.57%,对照组总有效率为64.29%。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将团队管理用于儿科急诊护理管理中能提高患儿的生活质量和管理有效率,减轻患儿的痛苦,缩短患儿首次下床时间和术后住院时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of team management mode in pediatric emergency nursing management. Methods A total of 112 children who underwent pediatric emergency nursing from September 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group (n=56) and observation group (n=56) according to randomized digital table. The control group was treated with routine management, and the observation group adopted the team management mode. The patient's effect was evaluated after one month of management. The quality of life, related indicators and management effectiveness of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the physical, life and psychological scores between the two groups before management(P>0.05). After the management of the team management mode, the physical, life and psychological scores of the children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After management by the team management mode, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the first time to get out of bed and postoperative hospital stay were less than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 78.57%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 64.29%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of team management in pediatric emergency care management can improve the quality of life and management efficiency of children, reduce the suffering of children, shorten the time of first child bedtime and postoperative hospital stay, which is worthy of clinical application.
