摘要
食品行业在任何一个国家的发展过程中都占有主导地位,食品对于人们的生活、能量的摄取以及身体健康等,具有较大的影响。近几年的食品安全问题,引起了社会的广泛关注,同时各类食品的安全隐患不断加大,尤其是肉制品、奶制品、熟食等等,这些食品出现问题后,造成的人身伤害非常严重,必须进一步提高食品加工与生产管理水平。
Food industry plays a leading role in the development of any country. Food has a great influence on people’s life, energy intake and health. In recent years, the problem of food safety has aroused widespread concern in the society. At the same time, the potential safety hazards of all kinds of food are increasing, especially meat products, dairy products, cooked food and so on. When these food problems occur, the personal injury is very serious, and the level of food processing and production management needs to be further improved.
