摘要
教育信息化是我国教育改革的重点内容。信息化技术能够实现教学环境的虚拟化、自主化和智能化,与传统的课堂教学相比,能够带给教学更高的开放性和共享性。在食品微生物学的教学过程中实施信息化技术对促进高等教育专业课教学改革具有重要意义。采用SWOT分析法对食品微生物学信息化技术教学的优势与劣势、机会与挑战进行了深度探究,得出应用信息化技术开展食品微生物学的教学是必然选择,是能够实现重构课程体系、深化教学资源、提升教学质量的必然路径。该研究还针对性地提出了食品微生物学信息化技术教学的发展对策。
The informatization of education is a key aspect of China’s education reform.Information technology can achieve virtualization,autonomy,and intelligence of the teaching environment,and compared with traditional classroom teaching,it can bring higher openness and sharing to teaching.Implementing information technology in the teaching process of food microbiology is of great significance in promoting the reform of higher education professional course teaching.Using SWOT analysis,we conduct a deep exploration of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of information technology teaching in food microbiology.We conclude that applying information technology to teach food microbiology is an inevitable choice,and it is the inevitable path to reconstruct the curriculum system,to deepen teaching resources,and to improve teaching quality.We have proposed targeted development countermeasures for information technology teaching in food microbiology.
