摘要
目的编制乳腺癌患者心理反应量表并进行信效度检测。方法以心理应激模型作为理论框架,从心理反应的认知、情绪、意志力3个层面拟定半结构式访谈提纲,收集访谈资料并形成条目池,通过专家评审制订初始量表,采用便利抽样的方法对长沙市两所医院432例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。运用SPSS 20.0和Amos 24.0软件对数据进行项目分析及信效度检测。结果乳腺癌患者心理反应量表包含“自我防御”“负性情绪”“夫妻关系影响”“体象改变反应”和“身体反应”5个维度,共22个条目。累计解释59.198%的变异量。总量表与各维度之间的相关系数为0.718~0.853,量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.913,分半信度0.886,重测信度为0.875。结论乳腺癌患者心理反应量表信效度良好,可以作为评估乳腺癌患者心理反应的测量工具。
Objective To develop a psychological reaction scale for breast cancer patients,assess its reliability and validity.Methods Based on psychological stress model,an outline of cognitive,emotion and psychokinesis were designed for semi-structured interview.The initial scale was formed by expert review.A total of 432 patients with breast cancer from two hospitals in Changsha were investigated.SPSS 20.0 software and Amos 24.0 software were used for data analysis.Results The psychological reaction scale contained 22 items which could be sub-factored into five dimensions,including self-defense,negative emotion,effect of spousal relationship,responses to change of body image,body's reflection.The five dimensions could explain 59.198%of total variance.The correlation index of each dimensions with the whole scale were among 0.718~0.853.The Cronbach's alpha of the whole scale was 0.913,split-half reliability was 0.886,test-retest reliability was 0.875.Conclusion The psychological reaction scale for breast cancer patients has good reliability and validity.It can be used as a measurement to evaluate psychological status of breast cancer patients.
