理工科院校新入职教师师德建设研究

摘要 师德是教师职业素质的核心要素,是当今社会长期关注的热点话题,加强师德建设是实现高校立德树人根本任务的前提条件。从高等教育历史使命、立德树人根本任务、师资队伍建设等方面来看,加强理工科院校新入职教师师德建设非常必要。新入职教师在师德建设方面存在的主要问题是对学生价值引导不够透彻、对教师职责认知不够全面、对师德塑造的影响不够有力等。这些问题主要是由社会阅历、角色转变、制度建设等方面的因素造成的。结合教师使命和责任要求,提出了以“加强价值引领、突出政治导向、开展精准培训、完善制度建设和实施暖心工程”为主要内容的加强理工科院校新入职教师师德建设的对策建议。 Teachers'morality is the core element of teachers'professional quality,and it is the hot topic that the society has paid close attention to for a long time.Strengthening the construction of teachers'ethics is the precondition for the realization of fundamental task of moral cultivation in universities.In view of historical mission of higher education,fundamental task of moral cultivation,and construction of teaching staff,etc.,it is essential to strengthen the construction of new teachers'ethics in science and engineering universities.The main problems in the construction of new teachers'ethics are the insufficient value guidance to students,not comprehensive cognition of teachers'duties,and not powerful influence on the shaping of teachers'ethics,etc.,which are caused by such factors as social experience,role transformation and institution construction.Combining the mission and responsibility of teachers,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of new teachers'ethics in science and engineering universities by reinforcing value guidance,stressing political guidance,developing precise training,perfecting system construction and implementing warm-hearted project.
