摘要
按照"对接产业(行业)、工学结合、提升质量,促进职业教育深度融入产业链,有效服务经济社会发展"的职业教育发展思路,以建设移动通信技术专业省级教学团队为目标,完善"校企互通、专兼结合"的教师培养、聘用与评价机制,健全教学团队成长和激励机制,建设一支具有国际视野融高校教师、工程师、培训师"三位一体"的教学团队。
In accordance with the vocational education development ideas of "docking industry, work-learning integration, quality improvement, vocational education and industrial chain integration, effective services for economic and social development" and aiming at the construction of mobile communication technology professional teaching team at the provincial level, this paper discusses the ways to perfect the training, employment and evaluation mechanism of school-enterprise intercommunication, both full-time and part-time teachers. The teaching team growth and incentive mechanism is perfected so that we can build a trinity teaching team of a college teacher, engineer and trainer with international vision.
