摘要
中国虽然是世界上稀土资源最为丰富的国家,但缺乏强有力的稀土定价权,主要原因在于尚未形成完善的稀土交易定价体系。在综合分析稀土资源价格走势的基础上,研究了稀土资源定价的主要影响因素,进而提出了推动出口市场多元化、整顿产业秩序,宏观规划稀土资源出口长期目标,增加稀土资源深加工研发投入、提升产品科技价值,合理配置产业资源、促进稀土产业发展等对策建议。
Although China is the country with the most abundant rare earth resources in the world,it lacks a strong pricing power of rare earth,mainly because it has not yet formed a complete pricing system of rare earth transactions.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the price trend of rare earth resources,this paper studies the main influential factors of rare earth resource pricing,and then proposes countermeasures such as promoting the diversification of export market,rectifying the industrial order,macro-planning the long-term goal of rare earth resource export,increasing the investment in rare earth resource deep processing research and development,improving the scientific and technological value of products,rationally allocating the industrial resources,and promoting the development of rare earth industry.
