摘要
目的:评估大学生危机脆弱性现状,探讨其与特质应对方式、领悟社会支持的关系,为大学生心理危机的预防和干预提供参考。方法:采用分层整群的抽样方法,对芜湖市两所本科院校1689名大学生进行危机脆弱性、特质应对方式和领悟社会支持问卷调查。对调查结果进行t检验、F检验、Pearson相关分析和多重线性回归分析。结果:大学生危机脆弱性平均得分为(10.01±3.79)分,与学校、家庭结构、父母婚姻、月均生活费、父亲文化程度等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大学生危机脆弱性与消极应对(NC)呈正相关,与积极应对(PC)、家庭内支持、家庭外支持、领悟社会支持呈负相关(P<0.01);父亲文化程度高、家庭外支持得分高和积极应对得分高,大学生危机脆弱性低(P<0.05);师范院校、消极应对得分高,大学生危机脆弱性高(P<0.01)。结论:大学生危机脆弱性处于中等水平;学校、父亲文化程度、特质应对方式和家庭外支持共同影响大学生危机脆弱性。
Objective:To assess the current situation of college students'crisis vulnerability,explore its relationship with trait coping styles and comprehend social support,and provide reference for the prevention and intervention of college students'psychological crisis.Methods:A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the crisis vulnerability,trait coping style and comprehension social support questionnaires for 1689 undergraduate students in two undergraduate colleges in Wuhu City.The survey results were analyzed by t test,F test,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:The average score of crisis vulnerability of college students was(10.01±3.79),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences between school,family structure,parental marriage,monthly living expenses and father's education level(P<0.05);college students'crisis vulnerability and negative response(NC)was positively correlated and negatively correlated with positive response(PC),family support,family support,and comprehension of social support(P<0.01);father's high level of education,high scores for family support,and positive response score was high,the college students'crisis vulnerability was low(P<0.05);the normal colleges and universities,the negative response scores were high,and the college students'crisis vulnerability was high(P<0.01).Conclusions:The crisis vulnerability of college students is at a medium level;the school,father's education level,trait coping style and family support often affect the crisis vulnerability of college students.
