摘要
合成了一种砌筑粘结用单组份聚氨酯泡沫胶粘剂,用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块的砌筑。根据墙体砌筑施工和粘结性能方面的要求,研究了发泡剂、催化剂和NCO含量对单组份聚氨酯泡沫胶粘剂性能的影响。另外根据墙体耐久方面的要求,研究了不同多元醇对单组份聚氨酯泡沫胶粘剂固化后耐久性能的影响。实验结果表明:发泡剂用量为4%~6%,催化剂用量为0.4%,预聚体NCO含量在2.5%~3.5%,使用聚碳酸酯多元醇的情况下,制备的砌筑粘结用单组份聚氨酯泡沫胶粘剂性能最佳,满足墙体砌筑的要求。
A single component polyurethane foam adhesive for masonry is synthesized.It is applied in masonry of autoclaved aerated concrete block.According to the requirements of wall construction and bonding performance,the effects of foaming agent content,catalyst and NCO content on the performance of one component polyurethane foam adhesive were studied.In addition,according to the requirements of wall durability,the effects of different polyols on the durability of polyurethane foam adhesive were studied.The experimental results show that,by using polycarbonate polyols,when the amount of foaming agent is 4%to 6%,the amount of catalyst is 0.4%,and the NCO content is 2.5%to 3.5%,the single component polyurethane foam for masonry and bonding is best,which meets the requirements of wall masonry.
