摘要
目前复杂的感染性疾病逐渐增加,如脑膜炎、肺炎、脓毒血症等,精准快速的病原学诊断可以帮助临床医师及时优化抗菌药物的使用,提高治愈率。二代测序技术发展迅速,为临床上感染性疾病的病原学诊断提供了非常有价值的诊断途径。
At present,the complex infectious diseases are gradually increasing,such as meningitis,pneumonia,sepsis,etc.Accurate and rapid pathogenic diagnosis can help clinicians optimize the use of antibiotics and improve the cure rate.Next-generation sequencing technology has rapidly developed,providing a very valuable diagnostic route for the pathogenic diagnosis of clinical infectious diseases.
