超声支气管镜下行针吸活检术在临床中的初步应用 被引量：3

摘要 支气管镜检查是诊断肺部疾病的重要方法之一，而纵膈病变在支气管镜下常表现为管腔外压性狭窄，支气管黏膜表面光滑，常规活检难以获取标本，通常需要纵隔镜或开胸肺活组织检查来明确诊断，给患者造成极大的创伤。经支气管针吸活检术（transbronchial needle aspiration，TBNA）操作简单，是在支气管镜引导下，
