摘要
功能性烧心(functional heartburn,FH)、非糜烂性反流病(non-erosive reflux disease,NERD)及难治性胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)逐年上升,24 h食管pH监测曾被认为是诊断GERD的金标准。近几年随着技术的进步,高分辨测压和24 h食管阻抗-pH监测技术已从食管动力、反流成分和反流程度等更深层地阐述食管反流病因和发病机制,尤其是对FH、NERD和难治性GERD等给出了新的和重要的诊断线索。
Functional heartburn(FH), non-erosive reflux disease(NERD) and refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) have increased year by year. 24-hours esophageal pH monitoring was considered to be the gold standard in the diagnosis of GERD in the past. With the development of technology in recent years, the high resolution manometry and 24 hours multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH have explained the etiology and pathogenesis of esophageal reflux from the aspects of esophageal dynamics, reflux components and reflux degree. An important diagnostic aspects and clues have been provided for FH, NERD and refractory GERD.
