摘要
胃食管反流病是消化科常见病。随着生活方式的改变,此病呈高发趋势,且发病机制复杂、病情反复、临床症状多样,严重影响了患者的生活质量并带来较大的经济负担。目前的治疗手段主要包括一般治疗、心理干预、药物治疗及内镜或外科治疗等,本文从中西医角度对近年来胃食管反流病发病机制、诊疗方法相关研究进展作一综述。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common diseases in gastroenterology.With changes in lifestyle,the incidence of this disease is high.The pathogenesis is complex,the disease is protracted and difficult to cure,and the clinical symptoms are complex,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and brings a great economic burden.At present,the treatment of this disease mainly includes psychological intervention,drug therapy and endoscopic or surgical treatment.This review focuses on the recent research progress on etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment from the perspective of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in GERD.
