摘要
难治性胃食管反流病是常见的消化系统疾病,临床上多采用质子泵抑制剂治疗以抑制胃酸分泌,但本病复发率高,长期使用西药易产生耐药性,治疗效果有限。近年来,中医药在临床上治疗本病取得了较好的疗效,且能降低本病的复发率和避免西药产生的耐药性,具有独有的优势。文章从病因病机、中医内治、中医外治法、心理干预治疗等方面对难治性胃食管反流病进行综述。
Refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common digestive system disease.Proton pump inhibitors are commonly used in clinical treatment to inhibit gastric acid secretion.However,the recurrence rate of this disease is high,and long-term use of western medicine is easy to produce drug resistance,limiting the therapeutic efect.In recent years,using traditional Chinese medicine to treat this disease has achieved better clinical efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the recurrence rate of this disease and avoid the drug resistance of western medicine,possessing unique advantages.This paper reviewed refractory gastroesophageal refux disease from etiology and pathogenesis,internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,psychological intervention,and other aspects.
