延续性护理模式教学对产科护生护理实践能力及综合素质的影响探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨延续性护理模式教学对产科护生护理实践能力及综合素质的影响。方法选择2016年9月—2019年1月在我院产科实习的54名护生,用随机数字表法分为2组各27名。对照组采用常规教学,观察组在上述基础上增加延续性护理模式教学方法,比较2组综合素质水平及产妇护理满意度。结果观察组干预后护理知识、护理记录书写及技能操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇满意度(88.24%)高于对照组(64.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将延续性护理模式应用于临床教学可有效提升产科护生护理实践能力及综合素质水平,提高产妇护理满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing mode teaching on nursing practice ability and comprehensive quality of obstetric nursing students. Methods From September 2016 to January 2019, 54 nursing students who were intern in our obstetrics department were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method, each with 27 students. The control group used conventional teaching, and the observation group increased the use of continuous nursing mode t eaching methods on the basis of the above, and compared the two groups’ comprehensive quality levels and maternal nursing satisfaction.Results The scores of nursing knowledge, nursing record writing, and skill operation after observation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Maternal satisfaction(88.24%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(64.71%)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous nursing model in clinical teaching can effectively improve the nursing practice ability and comprehensive quality level ofmaternity nursing students, and improve the satisfaction ofmaternal nursing.
