摘要
目的:调查分析高职护生在社区见习前后的职业成熟度。方法:随机抽取200名新入学的高职女性护生,并采用中国大学生职业成熟度量表,分三次对其进行调查。结果:经过大一一年的学习,高职护生的职业成熟度有所提高,但仍处于中等程度;社区护理见习对护生职业成熟度有明显的影响(P<0.05)。结论:护理职业教育过程中,社区见习能有效影响高职护生的职业成熟度变化,应得到足够的重视和有效的利用。
Objective：Investigated and analyzed career maturity of higher vocational nursing students before and after community internship. Methods： Adopted the Chinese college students＇ career maturity scale, then randomly selected 200 female students in higher vocational school nursing freshmen, and it was investigated three times. Results：1.After almost one-year study, higher vocational nursing students＇ career maturity has improved, but it was still in Medium degree.2. Community internship significantly affected the career maturity of higher vocational nursing students（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In the process of higher vocational nursing education, community internship can effectively affect the career maturity of students, and it should be to get enough attention and effectively utilized.
