护理风险管理教育在肝脏外科护生带教中的应用

摘要 目的探讨护理风险管理教育在肝脏外科护生临床带教中的应用价值。方法纳入2016年1月-2017年2月本院80名肝脏外科护理教育护生以数字表法分组。传统模式组采用传统的护理教育方法,护理风险管理教育组采用护理风险管理教育法。比较两组肝脏外科护理教育认可度;带教者对护生护理风险管理一般认知、护理风险防范意识、护理风险应对方式的考核评分值;护生对肝脏外科护理风险知识的自我认知评估、对教学方式提高自身护理风险防范意识的认可度。结果理风险管理教育组肝脏外科护理教育认可度高于传统模式组,P<0.05;护理风险管理教育组带教者对护生护理风险管理一般认知、护理风险防范意识、护理风险应对方式的考核评分值高于传统模式组,P <0.05;护理风险管理教育组护生对肝脏外科护理风险知识的自我认知评估、对教学方式提高自身护理风险防范意识的认可度高于传统模式组,P <0.05。结论肝脏外科护理教育改革中护理风险管理教育法的运用效果确切,可提升护生的认可度,提高护生对肝脏外科护理风险管理能力。 Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management education in clinical teaching of nursing students in hepatic surgery.Methods 80 nursing students of liver surgery nursing education from January 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were divided into two groups by digital table.The traditional nursing education method was adopted in the traditional model group and the nursing risk management education method was adopted in the nursing risk management education group.Comparing the acceptance of nursing education in liver surgery between the two groups;the assessment scores of the instructors on nursing students'general awareness of nursing risk management,nursing risk prevention awareness and nursing risk coping style;the self-cognitive assessment of nursing students'knowledge of nursing risk in liver surgery,and the acceptance of teaching methods to improve their awareness of nursing risk prevention.Results The acceptance of nursing education in the nursing risk management education group was higher than that in the traditional model group(P<0.05);the assessment scores of the instructors in the nursing risk management education group on nursing students'general awareness of nursing risk management,nursing risk prevention awareness and nursing risk coping style were higher than those in the traditional model group(P<0.05);Nursing students in management education group had higher recognition of nursing risk knowledge of liver surgery and teaching methods to improve their awareness of nursing risk prevention than those in traditional model group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of nursing risk management education method in the reform of nursing education in liver surgery is exact,which can enhance the recognition of nursing students and improve their ability of nursing risk management in liver surgery.
