摘要
实现近钻头地质导向仪器导向功能的主要零件是弯壳体。由于弯壳体的特征,导致弯壳体在井下磨损异常严重。提高弯壳体寿命的措施之一是在弯壳体上激光熔覆耐磨层,成本很高,没有从根本上解决问题。研制一种新型耐磨弯壳体,其特点为弯点以下外径增大,一直扩大到弯壳体的下端;在弯点处增加耐磨处理;弯壳体最下端以弯点中心线为轴,作为弯壳体外径基准。新型耐磨弯壳体的造斜率提高了3%,提高了耐磨性,弯点下移提高了钻头造斜力。经现场使用,弯壳体寿命由原来的100 h提高到600 h,且能继续使用,从根本上解决了弯壳体的磨损问题。
The main part that realizes the steering function of the near-bit geosteering instrument is the curved shell.Due to the characteristics of the curved shell,the curved shell is abnormally worn downhole.The general measure to improve the life of curved shells is laser cladding the wear-resistant layer on the curved shells.The economic cost is high,but the problem cannot be solved fundamentally.A new type of long-life wear-resistant bending shell has been developed,with following characteristics:the outer diameter increased below the bend point and extended to the lower end of the bend shell,the wear resistance has been enhanced at the bend point,the lowermost end of the curved shell took the center line of the bending point as the axis,which was used as the outer diameter reference of the curved shell.The slope was increased by 3%,the wear layer was improved,and the bending point was moved down to increase the drill's tilting force.After on-site application,the life of the curved shell has increased from the original 100 h to 600 h,and it could continue to be used,which fundamentally solved the problem of the wear of the curved shell.
