摘要
系统地研究了WF150不锈钢合金粉同步送粉激光熔覆工艺参数对熔覆层宏观质量的影响.重点讨论了一些复合参数,如比能(P/VsD)、线能量(P/Vs)、绝对送粉量(Vg/Vs)对熔覆层宏观质量的影响规律.结果表明,在本实验条件下,熔覆层的宽度主要取决于光斑直径,厚度主要取决于单位长度上粉末的实际注入量,即绝对送粉量.熔覆层的宽度、厚度及接触角随比能或线能量的变化遵循对数变化规律.形状系数随比能或线能量的变化遵循幂函数规律.以线能量来表示复合工艺参数比以比能来表示更加合理.
The effects of laser processing parameters with auto-feeding on macroquality of cladded coating by cladding WF150 stainless steel powders on steel Q235 plate have been investigated.Especially the rules of the combined parameters (such as specific energy,linear energy and the mass feed rate of powder)on the sizes of cladded coating have been studied.The results show that the width of cladding coating is dependent mainly upon the diameter of laser beam spot,the thickness is mainly controlled by the mass feed rate,that is,the real power deposition weight per length.The parameter analysis show that linear energy is more suitable than specific energy to express the effects of laser processing parameters.
