摘要
在定向钻井设计和施工中,需要根据造斜率来选择和设计钻具组合。对于弯壳体导向钻具来说,钻具的结构参数是影响造斜率的主要因素。几何法可以比较直观地反映出这些结构参数与造斜率之间的关系,突出了关键因素对工具造斜率的影响,计算方法简单,计算精度可满足工程要求,是设计弯壳体导向钻具的一种有效方法。在保持精确几何关系的条件下,简化了几何造斜率的计算方法,所有计算公式都未做近似处理,是几何法的精确解。最后,根据不同的设计要求,提出了设计导向钻具的枚举法和迭代法,并给出了各种条件下的设计示例。
During directional drilling design and constru ct ion,it is necessary that choice and design bottom hole assembly rely on build-u p rate.To bend housing steerable drill tool,the structure parameter of drill to ol is key influence factor of build-up rate. The relation of structure parameter and build-up rate can be frank reflect by geometry method, and the method stand s out the key factor influences build-up rate of the tool,calculation method si mple, and calculation precision does satisfy engineering requirement,is a avail able method to design bend housing steerable drill tool. Calculation formula doe s not dispose approximately,is a exact explain of geometry method.At last,accor ding to the different design claims,enumerate method and iteration of steerable drill tool is designed,and give some design exemples in different conditions.
