摘要
CrMo系列作为汽车和机械重载的传动部件,要求其具有良好的强韧性、耐磨性、弯曲疲劳、耐接触性等性能。轧制过程中由于轧材组织心部和边部温度差异很大,加之冷床上下温度的差异,使棒材通条上下表面出现很大的组织应力不均匀性,在冷剪剪切后,圆钢出现侧向弯曲。宣钢针对35CrMo钢系列出现的弯曲问题,引进穿水冷却工艺,实施35CrMo钢轧后快速冷却。经过对冷却工艺的优化,Φ20~32 mm 35CrMoA钢成品每米的弯曲度小于4 mm,小规格35CrMoA钢系列的弯曲度均达到国家标准要求。
As the transmission parts of automobile and machinery,the customers require a range of CrMo that have a good obdurability,abrasive resistance,fatigue under flexing,contact resistance and so on.In the rolling process,the temperature difference between the core and the side of the rolling material and the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the cold bed make the upper and lower surfaces of the bar appear a great inhomogeneity of the microstructure stress.After cutted by cold slitting machine,the round steel appears lateral bending.Xuan Steel introduced water-piercing cooling technology to meet the bending problems of 35CrMo steel series,and carried out rapid cooling after 35CrMo steel rolling.Through the optimization of the cooling process,the product’s curvature per metre of theΦ20~32 mm 35CrMoA steel is less than 4 mm,and the curvature per metre of the small specification 35CrMoA steel series all meet the requirements of the national standard.
