摘要
带状组织是钢材内部缺陷之一。通过分析齿轮钢材中带状组织形成的根本原因，阐明了铁素体－珠光体带状组织对齿轮钢材性能的影响及对齿轮生产形成的危害，提出了控制带状组织的有效方法，对提高钢材的组织性能具有重要意义。
The banded microstructure is one of the common defects in steels. By analyzing the basic reasons for formation of banded microstructure, the shortcomings of the ferrite-pearlite banded microstructure on mechanical performance of gear steels and gear production were summarized,finally some effective methods to prevent or alleviate band microstructure formation were suggested, and valuable for improving the structures and properties of the steel.
