摘要
指出高速、连续轧制且全过程连续化是小型和线材轧机的发展方向。对此 ,提出在新技术开发过程中应搞好与连铸工序的衔接 ,扩大铸坯断面 ,采用控轧控冷工艺开发新品种 ,加强计算机管理及进一步提高轧机装备水平等。
The development direction of small section and wire rod mill is pointed out,which is high speed and continuous rolling of whole processing.The opinions of its technology development are put forward,such as enlarging billet section,developing new products by controlled rolling and controlled cooling technique,managing by computer and increasing the level of equipment,etc.At the same time,some suggestions about how to use the amateur technologies are put forward too.
