摘要
在当前的社会环境下,培养面向社会的应用型人才是教育活动的一项重要目标。高校教育更是进行人才培养的一个重要环节,高校人才更是今后推动社会发展的主力军。由于高校系统十分复杂,并且涉及不同的学科知识,在开展教学改革工作中,各个学科系统需要结合自身的教学改革工作情况开展人才的培养工作。本文主要以线性代数的教学改革工作为例,研究其在应用型人才培养的模式下存在的问题以及策略。
In the current social environment,training application-oriented talents facing the society is an important goal of educational activities.College education is an important part of personnel training,and college talents will be the main force to promote social development in the future.Since the university system is very complex and involves different subject knowledge,in the course of teaching reform,each subject system needs to carry out the cultivation of talents in conjunction with its own teaching reform.This article mainly takes the teaching reform of linear algebra as an example to study its problems and strategies in the mode of training applied talents.
