摘要
在住院医师规范化培训期间,有效加强耳鼻咽喉科规培医师医患沟通能力的培养,对构建和谐医患关系具有重要意义。医患信息不对称,患者年龄悬殊、病种繁多,规培医师缺乏沟通经验是影响耳鼻咽喉科规培医师医患沟通的主要因素。因此,应通过加强耳鼻咽喉科规培医师医患沟通能力的专项培训,充分发挥临床教师在培训中的带教作用,完善医师考评体系,进一步提高耳鼻咽喉科规培医师的医患沟通能力。
During the standardized training of residents,it is of great significance to strengthen the training of doctor-patient communication ability of standardized training physician in otorhinolaryngology department so as to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The main factors that affect the doctor-patient communication ability of standardized training physician in otolaryngology department are asymmetric information between doctors and patients,age difference between patients,various diseases and lack of communication experience.Therefore,it should further improve the doctor-patient communication ability of standardized training physician in otorhinolaryngology department through strengthening the special training of the doctor-patient communication ability of standardized training physician in otorhinolaryngology department,giving full play to the role of clinical teachers in training and teaching,and improving the assessment system of doctors.
