摘要
课堂管理是教师为了完成预设的教学任务而采取的一系列教学行为方式。文章从学生、教师两个方面探讨影响体育课堂管理的主要因素,并提出相应的对策。提高教师威信、增强教育机智、提高课堂语言表达能力、提高执行力、多关心学生、增强专业技能、营造良好的课堂氛围、精心布置场地器材,是提高体育课堂管理效能的有效策略。
Classroom management is a series of teaching behaviors adopted by teachers in order to complete the preset teaching tasks.This paper discusses the main factors that affect the management of physical education classroom from two aspects of students and teachers,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The effective strategies to improve the efficiency of PE classroom management are to improve teachers’prestige,enhance educational tact,improve classroom language expression ability,improve executive ability,pay more attention to students,enhance professional skills,create a good classroom atmosphere,and carefully arrange venues and equipment.
