摘要
目的研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)合并冠心病患者应用大蒜素治疗的疗效。方法选取2017年7月~2019年6月医院收治的OSAHS合并冠心病患者100例,根据是否使用大蒜素治疗分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组根据国际指南提出的冠心病常规疗法,观察组在此基础上加用大蒜素胶囊。另外,选择同期在医院进行体检的50例健康者为健康组,对比患者血管扩张功能(FMD),一氧化氮(NO)以及内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的变化。结果治疗前健康组FMD和血清NO水平明显高于观察组,血浆ET-1含量明显低于观察组。观察组治疗后FMD和血清NO明显高于对照组,血浆ET-1含量明显低于对照组。治疗后观察组的血糖、收缩压以及舒张压均得到显著缓解,缓解情况明显优于对照组。经治疗后观察组疗效为优者占70%,优良率达到98%,均显著高于对照组的46%以及78%。观察组疗效为差者占2%,明显低于对照组的22%,以上对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大蒜素能够调节OSAHS合并患者的FMD、NO以及ET-1表达,进而改善患者的血管内皮功能。
Objective To study effect of Garlicin of FMD,NO and ET-1 for coronary heart disease patients with OSAHS.Methods Chose from July 2017 to June 2019 randomly selected in the hospital for treatment of coronary heart disease patients with OSAHS 100 cases.Which with digital method divided into observation group and control group,each group had 50 cases.The control group was according to the international guidelines,given advice on coronary heart disease clinical routine treatment accordingly,the observation group based on it another used Garlicin Capsules.In addition,selected the same period physical examination in our hospital 50 cases of health control group,compared patients with FMD,NO and ET-1 level changes.Results The levels of FMD and NO in the healthy group were significantly higher than those in the observation group,and the level of ET-1 in the plasma was significantly lower than that in the observation group.After treatment,FMD and serum NO in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the content of plasma ET-1 was significantly lower than that in the control group.After treatment,the blood glucose,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly relieved,and the remission was significantly better than that in the control group.After treatment,70%of the patients in the observation group were excellent,and the excellent rate reached 98%,which were significantly higher than 46%and 78%in the control group.The effect of the observation group was poor(2%),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(22%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Allicin can regulate the expression of FMD,NO and ET-1,and improve the vascular endothelial function of patients..
