摘要
目的探讨阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的影响因素。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的OSAHS患者110例为研究对象,其中有14例患者发生MCI,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析影响OSAHS发生MCI的相关因素。结果单因素分析显示,受教育程度、体质量指数(BMI)、高血压、血脂血糖异常、不良生活习惯、脑血管意外、睡眠障碍及脑红蛋白≥19.4μg/L是影响OSAHS患者发生MCI的相关因素(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,血脂血糖异常、睡眠障碍、脑血管意外及脑血红蛋白≥19.4μg/L是影响OSAHS患者发生MCI的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论导致OSAHS患者发生MCI的因素较多,只有明确导致该病发生的危险因素,才能尽早预防及治疗,降低MCI发生率。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods We selected 110 cases of patients with OSAHS admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as a study object.The patients of which developed the MCI for 14 cases.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors affecting MCI in OSAHS.Results Univariate analysis showed that the degree of education,body mass index(BMI),hypertension,blood lipid and blood glucose abnormality,unhealthy living habits,cerebrovascular accident,sleep disorders,and neuroglobin≥19.4μg/L were associated with MCI relevant factors in patients with OSAHS(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that blood lipid and blood glucose abnormality,sleep disorders,cerebrovascular accident and neuroglobin≥19.4μg/L were associated with MCI independent risk factors in patients with OSAHS(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many factors leading to MCI in OSAHS patients.Only ascertaining the risk factors that cause the disease could be prevented and treated as soon as possible,and the incidence of MCI is reduced.
