摘要
云南省在5年的健康促进县(区)创建工作中,采用"四个注重"管理策略:高层开发,灌输健康优先理念;专业引领,强调技术支撑;融合与嵌入,强调创建成效与产出;因地制宜,强调特色与创新。创建成效明显。针对协调机制、健康政策不完善、卫生专业人员能力有待提高等挑战,分析原因,提出建议。
In the five-year health promotion county(district)establishment work in Yunnan Province,the management strategy of“four emphases”is adopted:high-level development,instilling health priority concept;professional guidance,emphasizing technical support;integration and embeddedness,emphasizing creation effect and output;adapting measures to local conditions,emphasizing characteristics and innovation.The effect is obvious.In view of the challenges such as the coordination mechanism,imperfect health policy,and the ability of health professionals to be improved,this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward suggestions.
