摘要
目的研究健康素养干预示范医院创建对就诊患者及家属健康素养的影响效果,探讨其可能的影响机制。方法采用流行病学现场干预研究,将健康素养干预示范医院创建作为健康素养干预方法,将到对照点和示范点就诊的患者及其陪同家属作为研究对象,分析并比较受众在对照点和示范点在干预前后健康素养的具备率情况。结果研究结果显示,健康素养具备率干预前对照点和示范点分别为25.5%和26.5%,干预后对照点和示范点分别为25.8%和43.2%,干预后示范点较对照点和干预前均有明显提高。多因素分析显示,年龄、文化程度、是否开展示范点创建是患者及家属健康素养是否具备的影响因素。其中青年人群健康素养具备率较中老年人群好(OR=0.984,95%CI:0.971~0.996);文化程度越高健康素养具备率越高(OR=1.276,95%CI:1.025~1.590);示范点创建健康素养比未创建要好(OR=14.533,95%CI:10.042~21.031)。结论健康素养干预示范医院创建能确实有效提高就诊患者及家属的健康素养水平,建议大力推广此项工作,逐步提高就诊病人及家属的健康素养水平。
Objective To studyhealth literacy intervention effects on patients′health literacy.Methods The research objectwerepatients and their accompanying family members whenthey were in the point of intervention and control point.By adopting the method of epidemiological survey and statistical survey,the health literacy level of patients in intervention point and demonstration site were comparedbefore and after creating health literacy.Results The results showed that the health literacy levels of the intervention of the control point and the demonstration point were 25.5%and 26.5%before intervention.Afterthe intervention,the levels in the control point and the demonstration point were 25.8%and 43.2%,respectively.Multiple factor analysis showed that age,education level,with the intervention or notwere the influence factors of health literacy.The health literacy of young people was better than that of the middle aged and old people(OR=0.984,95%CI:0.971-0.996).The higher education level was,the higher the health literacy was(OR=1.276,95%CI:1.025-1.590).The health literacy of demonstration sites were better than that of control sites(OR=14.533,95%CI:10.042-21.031).Conclusion The establishment of health literacy intervention model can effectively improve the health literacy level of the patients,and it will greatly promote the development of health literacy promotion action.
