摘要
目的了解我省居民健康素养水平现状及变化特点,为提高健康教育干预的针对性和有效性提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段与人口规模成比例抽样(PPS抽样)方法,抽取15~69岁常住人口使用统一编定的问卷进行调查。结果辽宁省居民健康素养水平由2014年的12.03%提高至2017年的17.40%;2017年城市、农村居民健康素养水平分别为17.88%、16.81%,居民健康素养水平在农村、男性、女性、25~54岁居民、文化程度初中、大专/本科及以上、农民、其他企业人员、自报未患慢病、自评健康状况较好组比2014年有明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),其他组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2017年居民传染病防治素养与2014年比较略有下降,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、科学健康观、慢性病防治、基本医疗、健康信息素养比2014年有明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),健康技能、安全与急救素养没有明显变化。结论我省居民健康素养水平有了大幅提升,但在不同人口特征居民中存在不均衡性。
Objective To understand the changes of health literacy among residents in Liaoning Province and provide scientific evidence for targeted and effective health education intervention.Methods Multistage PPS sampling was adopted and permanent residents aged 15-69 years old were investigated.Results The overall level of health literacy among residents increased from 12.03% in 2014 to 17.40% in 2017,which were 17.88% and 16.81 % in city and rural areas in2017,respectively.Compared with 2014,the level of health literacy in 2017 was lower in groups of rural areas,male and female residents,25 to 54 years old,education of junior high school,junior college and undergraduate,occupation of peasants,other enterprise personnel,self-reported non-chronic disease,better self-evaluated health status,which differences were significant(P <0.05).The overall level of literacy of infectious diseases prevention was lower in 2017 than2014.The overall level of literacy in 2017 of basic health knowledge and concept,health lifestyle and behaviors,scientific attitude towards health,chronic diseases prevention,basic medical care and health information were higher than 2014,which of health related skills,safety and first aid had no differences.Conclusion The overall level of health literacy among residents has got improvement,but the improvement is diversity among different characteristic groups.
