广东省某医科大学毕业班医学生职业价值观和择业效能感关系研究 被引量:10

Study on the Relationship Between Occupational Values and Occupational Choice Self-efficacy of Medical Graduates in a Medical University in Guangdong Province

摘要 目的:了解毕业班医学生职业价值观和择业效能感现状,为医学人才培养提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,对广东省某医科大学毕业班687名学生进行职业价值观和择业效能感问卷调查。结果:毕业班医学生职业价值观总分为(82.30±12.34),择业效能感总分为(87.23±12.8),均处于中等水平。不同性别毕业生的目标筛选存在显著性差异(P<0.01);是否独生子女在职场人际、声望地位、目标筛选、制定计划等方面存在差异(P<0.05);不同专业在保健、职场人际、自我实现、自我评价、收集信息、目标筛选、制定计划和问题解决等方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);是否学生干部在保健、自我评价、目标筛选、制定计划等方面存在显著性差异(P<0.01);不同职业规划程度在保健、职场人际、声望地位、自我评价、收集信息、目标筛选、制定计划和问题解决等方面存在差异(P<0.01)。职业价值观和择业效能感呈显著正相关。结论:职业价值观中的自我实现、声望地位和职场人际因素能够较好地正向预测择业效能感。应加强毕业班医学生职业价值观教育,引导其做好职业规划。 Objective:To understand the status quo of occupational values and occupational choice self-efficacy of medical graduates,and to provide reference for medical personnel training.Methods:By means of convenience sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the occupational values and occupational choice self-efficacy of the medical graduates.Results:The total score of occupational values of medical graduates was(82.30±12.34),occupational choice self-efficacy was(87.23±12.8),all of which were in the middle level.Different gender graduates of target selection existed significant difference(P<0.01).Whether the one-child was different in workplace interpersonal,prestige and position,target selection and plan making(P<0.05).Different majors in health care,workplace interpersonal,self-realization and self assessment,information collecting,target selection,planning,and problem solving were significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Whether the student leaders in health care,self assessment,target selection,plan making with significant difference(P<0.01).Different levels of career planning were different in health care,interpersonal relationship,reputation and status,self-evaluation,information gathering,goal screening,planning and problem solving(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between occupational values and occupational choice self-efficacy.Conclusion:Self-actualization,prestige,status and interpersonal factors in occupational values predict occupational choice self-efficacy.Occupational value education of medical graduates should be strengthened to guide them to make career planning.
