摘要
实践教学在培养学生毕业后从事各项工作应具备的实践技能、综合素质和创新意识方面起着十分重要的作用。通过对山西农业大学农村区域发展实践教学的实施状况进行的调查,从问题着手,提出了出完善现有实践教学体系的对策,以培养出更适应农村经济社会发展的高级复合型人才,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供人才保障和智力支持。
Practice teaching plays a very important role in cultivating students'practical skills,comprehensive quality and innovative consciousness for various jobs after graduation.Based on the investigation of the practice teaching of rural development in Shanxi Agricultural University,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the existing practice teaching system,so as to cultivate senior compound talents more suitable for the rural economic and social development,and provide talent guarantee and intellectual support for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
