摘要
实践教学体系是会计人才培养质量的重要支撑,高职院校如何适应财务外包、财务共享、全覆盖审计等新业态、新业务模式,如何办出校本特色、办出质量,是我们广大职教人需要深深思考的严峻课题。在新形势下,职业院校应以VR、AR等先进技术为引领,引入教育部1+X技能等级考核,推行"书证融通",将职业技能等级标准融入专业教学标准,推进校企师资互融渗透,科学构建并丰富会计专业实践内涵体系,提升产教融合校企"双元"育人成效,强化会计职业岗位技能能力提升。
Absrtact:The practical teaching system is an important support for the quality of accounting personnel training.How to adapt to the new business forms and new business models,such as financial outsourcing,financial sharing,full coverage audit,and how to make school-based characteristics and quality,is a serious problem that our vocational education people need to think deeply about.Under the new situation,vocational colleges should take VR,AR and other advanced technologies as the guide,introduce the"1+X"skill level assessment of the ministry of education,promote"documentary integration",integrate the professional skill level standard into the professional teaching standard,promote the mutual integration of school and enterprise teachers,scientifically build and enrich the practice connotation system of accounting,improve the"dual"education effect of the integration of industry and education,and strengthen the accounting professional post Improve the ability of skills.
