摘要
目的观察综合性护理的护理效果,并讨论该护理模式对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法选择我院于2017年10月至2019年6月收治的100例慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者,随机分为各50例的对照组(予以常规护理干预)与观察组(予以综合性护理干预),对比组间炎性指标(hs-CRP、SF、Scr)水平,焦虑、抑郁评分。结果此次研究中,观察组的hs-CRP、SF、Scr水平低于对照组,P <0.05,数据具有统计学意义。焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,P <0.05,数据具有统计学意义。结论在慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者的治疗中予以综合性护理干预,能够改善微炎症状态,缓解负面心理,该护理模式具有一定的使用价值。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing and discuss the effect of the nursing mode on the micro inflammatory state of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 100 hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into 50 control group(with routine nursing intervention)and observation group(with comprehensive nursing intervention).The levels of inflammatory indexes(hs-CRP,SF,SCR)and anxiety and depression scores were compared.Results In this study,the levels of hs-CRP,SF and SCR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure can improve the state of micro inflammation and alleviate the negative psychology.This nursing mode has a certain use value.
