摘要
目的关于综合护理应用于慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者所发挥的护理效果分析。方法回顾性分析2019年4月至2021年1月来我院治疗的85例慢性肾功能衰竭实施血液透析患者的临床资料。其中通过常规护理干预的患者42例,设为对照组,通过综合护理进行干预的患者43例,设为观察组,统计两组患者的临床结局等资料进行比较。结果护理后观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组(93.02%vs.76.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论将综合护理应用于慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析的患者中可以有效提升患者治疗的依从性,改善其焦虑和抑郁情绪,值得推荐。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis in comprehensive nursing application.Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,42 patients who received routine nursing intervention were set as the control group,and 43 patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention were set as the observation group.The clinical outcome and other data of the two groups of patients were counted and compared.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.02%vs.76.19%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group improved after nursing the situation was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing care to patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis can effectively improve the compliance of patients with treatment and improve their anxiety and depression.It is worth recommending.
