智能语音外呼系统在新冠肺炎疫情防控中的应用实践 被引量:4

摘要 目的:随着新冠肺炎疫情爆发,2020年1月24日上海启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应机制。卫生系统随之行动起来,作为新冠肺炎定点救治医院,根据国家发布的治疗方案,医院需要对发热病人、疑似患者、排除患者、确诊出院患者及其密切接触者进行流行病学调查,尽全力为防输入防输出防扩散做到有利的医学支持。为了及时、准确、高效跟踪患者情况,引进了智能语音外呼系统对突然剧增的患者进行流行病学调查,并且采集的数据进行分类、分析为疫情防控工作中流行病调查提供有效的信息支持。方法:调研传统的流行病学调查模式,分析疫情期间实际工作情况,运用高科技手段,设计智能化流行病学调查模式,与医院信息管理系统进行数据对接,并且实时分析流行病学调研数据,及时有效地对疫情防控提供信息支持。结果:在疫情防控期间,借助智能语音外呼技术,建立了智能流行病学调查体系,减轻了医院流行病调查工作负担,使医院专业流行病学调查人员从电话调查中解放出来,转变为数据分析,提高了调查的及时性、准确性。为高效跟踪、筛查、防控提供信息支持,为科学防控、精准施策提供依据。结论:基于语音外呼系统的流行病学调查系统,解决了大工作量信息采集与工作人员不足的矛盾,大量的数据进入后台系统,经过数据分析,对医院疫情防控工作安排提供信息依据。同时,由于患者的认知和配合度,导致部分采集数据质量不高,因此需要进一步改善设计模型,为流行病控制工作日常化提供智能化信息支持。 Objective:With the outbreak of COVID-19,Shanghai launched the first-level response mechanism for major public health emergencies on January 24,2020.The health system then acted as a designated treatment hospital for COVID-19.According to the treatment plan issued by the state,the hospital needs to conduct epidemiological investigation on fever patients,suspected patients excluded patients,confirmed discharged patients and their close contacts,and make every effort to achieve favorable medical support for preventing import,export and non-proliferation.In order to track the patient's condition timely,accurately and efficiently,an intelligent voice external call system was introduced to conduct epidemiological investigation on the sudden increase of patients,and the collected data were classified and analyzed to provide effective information support for epidemiological investigation in epidemic prevention work.Methods:Investigate the traditional epidemiological investigation mode,analyze the actual work situation during the epidemic situation,use high-tech means,design the intelligent epidemiological investigation mode,connect with the hospital information management system for data docking,and analyze the epidemiological investigation data in real time to provide information support for epidemic prevention and control timely and effectively.Results:During the epidemic prevention and control period,an intelligent epidemiological investigation system was established with the help of intelligent voice outcalling technology,which reduced the burden of epidemiological investigation in hospitals,freed the professional epidemiological investigators from telephone investigation,transformed into data analysis,and improved the timeliness and accuracy of investigation.Provide information support for efficient tracking,screening,prevention and control,and provide basis for scientific prevention and control and precise implementation of policies.Conclusion:Based on the epidemiological investigation system of voice external call
