新兴信息技术方法在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情流行病学调查中应用的研究进展

摘要 流行病学调查(流调)在新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情防控中发挥了重要作用,被视为查明传染源、追踪传播链的关键举措,流调方法的选择直接影响调查质量、效率及工作量。传统的流调方法主要以面对面交谈、问卷调查、电话调查为主。近年来,随着新兴信息技术日益融入日常工作和生活中,新兴信息技术方法为新冠肺炎的流调提供了有益补充,主要包括视频流调与场所监控、微信小程序、手机与车辆定位技术、地理信息系统技术、新媒体平台、人工智能等。本文对新兴信息技术方法在新冠肺炎流调中的应用做一综述,为新兴信息技术方法在我国公共卫生领域的广泛应用提供参考依据。 Epidemiological investigation has played a crucial role in the prevention and control of the novel corona virus pneumonia(COVID-19)epidemic,is seen as a key measure to identify the source of infection and trace the chain of transmission.The selection of the method of epidemiological investigation directly affects the quality,efficiency and workload of the investigation.Traditional epidemiological investigation methods are mainly based on face-to-face conversation,questionnaire survey and telephone survey.In recent years,emerging information technology is increasingly integrated into daily work and life,emerging information technology methods have provided beneficial supplements to the epidemiological investigation of COVID-19,mainly including video epidemiological investigation and site monitoring,wechat mini programs,mobile phone and vehicle positioning technology,geographic information system technology,new media platforms,artificial intelligence,and so on.This article reviews the application of emerging information technology methods in epidemiological investigation of COVID-19,and provides reference for the extensive application of emerging information technology methods in the field of public health in China.
