完善的医院信息系统应具有完善可靠的数据备份机制和从灾难中快速恢复的能力。具体体现在硬件备份方式、软件系统快速恢复方案、数据备份的可靠性、备份制度的严格执行等部分。这是预防人为错误发生，并能从不可遇见的灾难中快速恢复运行的保障。文章就此讨论了影响医院信息系统安全运行的因素及相应的解决方案。
Perfect hospital information system should have a complete and reliable data backup mechanism and rapid recovery capability from disasters, embodied in the way of hardware backup, rapid recovery plan of software system, reliability of data backup, and strict implementation of rules and regulations. These can prevent human-made mistakes and rapidly restore operation from unforeseeable disasters. This article discusses the factors affecting the safe operation of the system and puts forward corresponding solutions.
