摘要
采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)、自我领导力量表(RSLQ)对某高校护理学专业305名本科生进行问卷调查,了解护理学专业本科生的主观幸福感及自我领导力的现状,分析护理本科生主观幸福感对自我领导力的影响。结果显示,护理本科生主观幸福感得分处于中等偏上水平,自我领导力处于中等水平;护理本科生主观幸福感与自我领导力呈正相关(R2=0.505,P<0.001),是自我领导力重要的影响因素。护理教育工作者可通过提高护理本科生主观幸福感,改善其自我领导力。
A questionnaire survey was conducted among 305 nursing undergraduates with General Well-Being Schedule and Revised Self-leadership Questionnaire to understand the current situation of their subjective well-being and self-leadership and analyze the correlation between subjective well-being and self-leadership.The results showed that the score of subjective well-being of nursing undergraduates was above middle level,their self-leadership was at middle level,and that their subjective well-being was positively correlated with their self-leadership(R 2=0.505,P<0.001)and it had an important effect on self-leadership.Therefore,nursing educators can improve their students’self-leadership by enhancing their subjective well-being.
