摘要
目的调查北京市护理本科生的自我领导力现状并分析影响因素。方法采用修正的自我领导力问卷量表(Revised Self-leadership Questionnaire,RSLQ),对3所高校的543名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生RSLQ平均得分为(3.70土0.54)分,其中自我奖励、自然回报、自我目标设定得分较高,自我惩罚、自我观察得分较低。多元逐步回归分析显示,护理本科生自我领导力水平的影响因素为学习成绩(P<0.001)、是否担任学生干部(P<0.05)和是否参加领导力课程(P<0.05)。结论北京市护理本科生自我领导力整体水平较好,但仍有提升空间。教育者应重视护理本科生自我领导力的培养和全面发展,结合相关影响因素采取有效措施,为护理专业培养更多优秀人才。
Objective To investigate the level of self-leadership among undergraduate nursing students in Beijing and explore the influencing factors. Methods Totally 543 undergraduate nursing students from three nursing schools were investigated by using RSLQ. Results The average score of RSLQ was (3.70±0.54) points. The three factors with highest scores were self-reward,focusing on natural rewards and self-goal setting,while two factors with lowest scores were self-punishment and self-observation. The influencing factors of the level of self-leadership were academic achievement(regression coefficient was 0.148,standard regression coefficient was 0.219),whether serving as student leader (regression coefficient was 0.144,standard regression coefficient was 0.132) and whether taking part in leadership courses (regression coefficient was 0.114,standard regression coefficient was 0.098). Conclusion The overall level of self-leadership among undergraduate nursing students is good and has room to improve. Nursing educators should pay more attention to the cultivation and all-round development of self-leadership among nursing students and take effective interventions to train more nursing talents according to influencing factors.
