摘要
在回顾脑卒中护理过程指标内涵及发展的基础上,比较不同国家所构建与应用的护理敏感指标,总结、归纳其特点。指出我国尚未形成统一、公认的脑卒中护理敏感指标,应借鉴国际成功经验,探索建立符合中国脑卒中护理过程的相关指标,以保证数据收集的一致性与有效性。
On the basis of reviewing the connotation and development of process indicators of stroke nursing,the nursing sensitivity indicators constructed and applied in different countries were compared,and their characteristics were summarized.It was pointed out that China has not formed a unified and recognized sensitive index of stroke care.So it was necessary to learn from the successful experience of the world and explore the establishment of relevant indicators in line with the process of stroke care in China,so as to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of data collection.
